SANTA TERESA, Costa Rica, April 5 (UPI) -- New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and model Gisele Bundchen married for the second time Saturday in a ceremony in Costa Rica.

The couple legally became husband and wife Feb. 28 in Santa Monica, Calif., People magazine reported. The Costa Rica celebration was an intimate one, with about 25 guests, at Bundchen's house.

A source told the magazine that Bundchen, 28, "looked so gorgeous" in a long white dress and a white veil that trailed 10 feet. She carried a bouquet of white orchids.

The couple had a series of parties during the past three days, including a rehearsal dinner Thursday and a beach barbeque Friday. Early Saturday, Brady hosted a brunch for male guests at the Hotel Milarepa while the women gathered at Bundchen's house.

In the days before the wedding, there was a public controversy when Bundchen told Vanity Fair she felt as if Jack, Brady's toddler son by a former girlfriend, was her own child. A friend of actress Bridget Moynahan, Jack's mother, told People Moynahan felt like her son was being "paraded around in front of the paparazzi."
