Will Smith nervous about daughter dating

VAN NUYS, Calif., May 13 (UPI) -- Rocker Scott Weiland reportedly was released from a Van Nuys, Calif., jail after serving 10 hours of his 192-hour sentence for driving under the influence.
TMZ.com said Weiland surrendered to begin his sentence shortly before 9 a.m. Monday and was released at 6:54 p.m. the same day.
The sentence stemmed from Weiland's November arrest after a minor accident on a Los Angeles-area freeway, E! Online said. He was sentenced April 28 after pleading no contest to misdemeanor DUI.
The former front man for Velvet Revolver recently reunited with the rock band Stone Temple Pilots.
The Pilots' Web site said the band plans to perform at the Rock on the Range Festival in Columbus, Ohio, this weekend, E! Online said.
