LOS ANGELES, Aug. 23 (UPI) -- The reunion of U.S. singer-actor Justin Timberlake and Michael Myers will be seen -- not just heard -- in Myers' comedy, "The Love Guru."
Timberlake and Myers, who both provided vocal talent to the summer hit, "Shrek the Third," will join Jessica Alba and Verne Troyer when production begins in September in Myers' native Toronto, E! News reported Thursday.
The film, Myers' first original since the Austin Powers franchise, is the tale of an orphaned American boy who raised in an Indian ashram by gurus. As an adult, he returns to the United States, where he becomes a self-help expert hired to patch things up between a Toronto Maple Leafs hockey player and his wife.
Timberlake's other film credits include "Alpha Dog," the straight-to-DVD movie, "Edison," and Richard Kelly's dark comedy "Southland Tales," which opens Nov. 9.
