BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., April 29 (UPI) -- Pop star Britney Spears was pulled over for allegedly speeding in California but let off with a warning.
Spears allegedly was caught speeding along Sunset Boulevard in Beverly Hills on Friday, People magazine reported.
"She was pulled over for speeding," said Beverly Hills Police Sgt. Mike Foxen. "She was warned about her speed and let go. She was not cited."
Spears had been working out earlier in the day at the Millennium Dance Studio, getting into shape in order to return to performing. She also has been in the studio recording with music producer JR Rotem, whom she previously was dating.
"Everyone talked about how happy she looked to be back in the studio," said a source. "She came in focused from the start. She's always been a pro when it comes to her music."
