Fall Out Boy debuts on top of album chart

NEW YORK, Feb. 14 (UPI) -- Fall Out Boy, its single rooted at No. 2 on Billboard's Hot 100, scored its first No. 1 on the Billboard 200 album chart with the "Infinity on High" debut.

The album sold 260,000 copies in its first week, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Norah Jones' "Not Too Late" dropped to No. 2, after debuting atop the Hot 100 and Chris Daughtry's self-titled debut "Daughtry" remained at No. 3 for a third week.

Akon's "Konvicted" moved up to No. 4 from No. 6.

Ashley Tisdale of "High School Musical" fame debuted at No. 5 with her solo album, "Headstrong."

Robin Thicke's "The Evolution of Robin Thicke" moved up from No. 9 to No. 6. The "2007 Grammy Nominees" compilation also moved up from No. 10 to No. 7.

Country singer Jason Michael Carroll's debut album "Waitin' in the Country" landed at No. 8.

In its 34th week on the chart, Corinne Bailey Rae's self-titled debut re-enters the top 10, jumping from No. 17 to No. 9.

Justin Timberlake rounded out the top 10 albums, with "FutureSex/LoveSounds" moving from No. 16.
