Presenting the award to Clooney, who won a Best Supporting Actor Oscar for "Syriana," will be actress Julia Roberts, with whom Clooney has worked on the set of "Ocean's Eleven" and "Ocean's Twelve."

The tribute, which was filmed Oct. 13 in California, also features appearances from former Clooney co-stars such as "ER's" Noah Wyle, Don Cheadle, Salma Hayek and John Cusack.

The cable network plans on following up the hourlong special with the network premiere of "Confessions of a Dangerous Mind," the film that marked Clooney's directorial debut in 2002.
