New Johnny Cash compilation out Nov. 21

NEW YORK, Oct. 18 (UPI) -- The second "The Legend of Johnny Cash" compilation is set for release on Nov. 21 from Universal Music Enterprises.

The company hopes that "The Legend of Johnny Cash Vol. II" will follow in the footsteps of the first installment, which has spent 51 weeks on The Billboard 200 and has sold 2 million copies in the United States, Billboard.com reported Wednesday.

The new compilation will feature 20 songs, including "There You Go," "It Ain't Me Babe," "Girl From the North Country" and covers of Tom Petty's "I Won't Back Down" and Sting's "I Hung My Head."

November will also see the release of a two-CD/one-DVD edition of "Johnny Cash at San Quentin" from Columbia/Legacy.

"Johnny Cash at San Quentin" was originally released in 1969 as a 10-song LP.
