McCready's arraignment was supposed to take place Friday, but at the request of her attorney, it was reset for Aug. 30.

McCready, 29, was hospitalized in Tampa, Fla., for five days after being found unconscious in a hotel lobby from an overdose of drugs and alcohol. Police there said she would not face any charges for the suicide attempt.

McCready is on probation for drug charges. The Arizona charges, along with a May DUI, could mean jail time for the former girlfriend of actor Dean Cain.
