LONDON, June 1 (UPI) -- Actor Ewan McGregor has beauty and talent to compensate for his less-than-usual paycheck in his first outing on London's stage in the musical "Guys and Dolls."
McGregor stars in the role of Sky Masterson alongside "heart-stoppingly beautiful" Summer Strallen, who plays temptress Missouri Martin in the West End production that opened Wednesday, the London Daily Mail reported.
Despite being only 20, Strallen has a host of theater credits among a quality company staging the musical, for which McGregor has taken a considerable cut from his usual $10.8 million film salary.
McGregor, 33, has plenty of film experience with beauties: He romanced Nicole Kidman in "Moulin Rouge" and smeared custard over a naked Emily Mortimore in "Young Adam."
