LONDON, Feb. 17 (UPI) -- Former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham will appear nearly naked in the British society magazine, Tatler.
The 30-year-old was photographed in the early stages of her pregnancy wearing Jimmy Choo high heels and Cartier jewelry, the Mirror reported Thursday. The shot will appear in the April issue.
"She wasn't completely naked," an insider says. "She did wear flesh-colored underwear to preserve her modesty."
The photo is taken from "Four Inches," a book by Choo and Cartier to benefit the Elton John Aids Foundation.
The Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson, Kate Moss and Rachel Hunter are also pictured in similar, almost nude poses.
David Furnish, Elton John's longtime partner, is said to have recently resigned as contributing editor of Tatler after it ran an interview with Rebecca Loos in which she talked about sleeping with Beckham's soccer-star husband, David, for whom she served as personal assistant.
