Cranston, Kaczmarek to present Emmys

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 25 (UPI) -- Bryan Cranston and Jane Kaczmarek, onscreen couple on Fox's "Malcolm in the Middle," will present the 55th annual Primetime Emmy Awards.

Fox says the show will be broadcast live from Los Angeles' historic Shrine Auditorium on Sunday, Sept. 21.

Cranston is nominated for his role as father on "Malcolm in the Middle." The role has earned him two Emmy Award nominations, as well as a Golden Globe nomination.

Kaczmarek earned her fourth Emmy nomination for her role of Lois, the mother, on "Malcolm in the Middle." For that role she's also garnered three Golden Globe Awards, an American Comedy Award, a Family Friendly Award, and two awards from the Television Critics Association.
