ARLINGTON, Va., Sept. 16 (UPI) -- The Navy and Marine Corps test and training range in Maryland is to receive full-spectrum support services from PAE, a global mission services company.

The work will be conducted for the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division's Atlantic Test Range and Atlantic Targets and Marine Operations Division, located at the Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Md., under a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract.

"We are honored to continue our partnership with the Navy at Pax River," said PAE Chief Executive Officer John Heller. "The enduring mission at the Pax River range is critical to ensuring our nation's readiness and effectiveness, and PAE is proud to support this national security asset and further its leadership role in the test and training marketplace."

PAE currently provides support services to three other ranges in addition to the one in Maryland: the Southern California Offshore Range, the Nevada Test and Training Range, and the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center.

The contract for continued services at Patuxent River has a ceiling value of $359 million if all options are exercised, the company said.
