DCS supplying mission planning systems

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 20 (UPI) -- Aircraft mission planning systems are being supplied to the U.S. Air Force, Navy and Marines by DCS Corp, an advance technology company.

DCS said the work will be performed through a four-year Mobility Air Forces task order, granted under the Air Force's Mission Planning Enterprise Contract II.

It's obligation is to provide mission planning software development, integration and sustainment for Special Mission Air Combat Command platforms, Foreign Military Sales mobility platforms and the optional development and integration of Air Mobility Command's global mobility platforms.

"DCS looks forward to the opportunity to continue to provide winning technical solutions to the Air Force on the MAF delivery order," said Dave Russell, president and chief operating officer of DCS.

"I am confident that our dedicated team of employee-owners will deliver innovative approaches to project management and software development that provides the best value to the Air Force."

Work under the order will be conducted in New Hampshire and Maryland.
