Officials say the approximately $19 million deal, expected to be worked on at the company's Alabama-based facility, is part of an effort to support the MSIC's foreign missile systems and missile defense systems and directed energy weapons operations requirements.

"We are proud to continue our support of MSIC's important mission -- providing warfighters, force developers, and policy makers with responsive, scientific and technical intelligence," John Gully, SAIC senior vice president and business unit general manager, said in a statement.
