ManTech selected for C4I testing support

FAIRFAX, Va., Nov. 13 (UPI) -- The U.S. Army has contracted ManTech International Corp. for command, control, communications, computers and intelligence support.

U.S. company ManTech was selected for the contract by the Army Electronic Proving Ground located at Fort Huachuca in Arizona. Under the $286 million deal, ManTech will support the Army's C4I programs with engineering, technical and testing services.

Officials say ManTech will provide testing to ensure navigation and sensor systems reliability, availability and compatibility among other C4I services.

"Our successful award on this program is the result of our exceptional teamwork and leadership, innovative network test tools and resource optimization applications, and competitive cost structure," Louis Addeo, ManTech Technical Services Group president, said in a statement.

"We look forward to putting our innovations and efficiencies to work for this critical component of the U.S. Army testing community."
