ManTech establishes cyber subsidiary

FAIRFAX, Va., July 9 (UPI) -- U.S. company ManTech International announced the establishment of a new subsidiary dedicated to addressing cybersecurity and other Internet-based markets.

ManTech Wednesday in a news release announced the establishment of its new Cyber Solutions International Inc. subsidiary.

The new ManTech CSI will be dedicated to research and development of cyber products and solutions as part of an effort to address the evolving cybersecurity and other Internet-related needs of the government and private sector.

"ManTech CSI will develop products and solutions based on our more than 17 years experience providing cyber operations support to the U.S. government and private industry," Alex Nieves, ManTech CSI president said in a statement.

"We will leverage the experience of our cyber personnel who are experts in the field and have authored books and articles on cyber defense, service oriented architecture security and network security monitoring."
