Severe floods left more than 70 people dead in Europe over the weekend as surging rivers threatened to submerge many of the continent's most famous cities. A state of emergency has been declared in the Czech capital, Prague, where 50,000 residents have been told to evacuate. Mozart's home town of Salzburg, Austria, has been declared a disaster zone.
