LONDON, June 25 (UPI) -- Britain and France agreed Tuesday on a joint, multi-million-dollar plan to tighten security to try to stem the flow of illegal immigrants through the Channel Tunnel. The two countries, however, failed to agree on a timetable to close a French Red Cross refugee camp that London blames for the problem.
