Koreas agree to resume peace talks

SEOUL, Nov. 3 (UPI) -- North and South Korea agreed Saturday to hold a new round of high-level talks next week at the North's remote mountain resort to discuss their reconciliation efforts and cooperation projects, officials said. The ministerial talks, to be held on Nov. 9-12, had originally been scheduled to open last week, but were put off due to a dispute over the dialogue venue.
