WASHINGTON, May 13 (UPI) -- A bill passed by the U.S. House of Representatives sets oil and natural gas production targets that will cut foreign dependence by one-third, a sponsor said.
The House passed a bill that would open more offshore areas on the U.S. continental shelf to oil and natural gas exploration.
