KENOSHA , Wis., Sept. 4 (UPI) -- Some 89,000 pounds of Johnsonville pork sausage patty products have been recalled after consumers found small metal pieces in the meat, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service said.
Kenosha Beef International is recalling 24-ounce cartons and 13.5-pound cases of Johnsonville Grillers, cheddar cheese and bacon flavor. The Class I recall means there is "reasonable probability that eating the food will cause health problems or death." No injuries have been reported.
