Grain futures rebound

CHICAGO, July 25 (UPI) -- U.S. grain futures climbed higher on the Chicago Board of Trade Wednesday as the dollar index fell

0.49 percent to 83.61 on the International Exchange.

Corn was up 4 1/4 to up 11, soybeans were up 45 to up 48, wheat was up 22 to up 26 3/4 and oats were up 10 to up 10 1/2.

Corn rose, recovering from recent losses sparked by a flurry of profit-taking. Wheat futures moved higher with the weaker dollar offsetting pressure from the ongoing harvest. The soybean market moved in sympathy with corn, rebounding after Monday and Tuesday's downturn.

Corn: Sep 7.94 1/2 up 4 1/2, Dec 7.88 up 9 3/4, Mar 7.82 1/2 up 11, May 7.76 1/2 up 9 1/2.

Soybeans: Aug 16.94 1/4 up 45, Sep 16.40 1/2 up 45, Nov 16.15 1/2 up 46, Jan 15.98 1/2 up 48.

Wheat: Sep 9.03 1/4 up 24 1/2, Dec 9.15 up 26 3/4, Mar 9.10 up 24 3/4, May 8.90 1/2, up 22.

Oats: Sep 3.72 3/4 up 10 1/4, Dec 3.76 up 10 1/2, Mar 3.81 up 10, May 3.84 3/4 up 10.
