NEW YORK, Feb. 14 (UPI) -- Crude oil prices closed lower Tuesday in a day of mixed trading on concerns about Greece and the release of U.S. retail data.

Light, sweet, West Texas Intermediate crude reached a high of $101.84 a barrel during the day before falling 17 cents, or .02 percent, to $100.74 at the close. Home heating oil lost 0.48 cents to $3.164 per gallon. Reformulated gasoline closed at $298.25 per gallon.

Henry Hub natural gas prices added 3.7 cents to $2.468 per million British thermal units.

At the pump, the national average price of unleaded gasoline rose to $3.513 per gallon Tuesday from Monday's $3.511, AAA said.
