Teddy Bear swim suit sets recalled

WASHINGTON, Nov. 17 (UPI) -- Build-A-Bear Workshop of St. Louis is recalling swimwear with inflatable inner tube that pose a strangulation hazard, consumer product regulators said.

About 20,820 sets of three-piece Fruit Tutu Bikini swimwear designed as an accessory for teddy bears are being recalled, as the inner tube that is part of the set is a potential strangulation hazard.

The inner tube in the set is nine inches in diameter. It is pink with white and yellow flowers.

The swimsuit sets were imported from China and sold nationwide from April 2011 through August 2011 for $12.50.

Consumers were advised to take the inner tube away from children and return it to any Build-A-Bear Workshop outlet to receive a $5 store coupon.
