Giordano's allowed to stay in business

CHICAGO, Feb. 18 (UPI) -- A federal court decision in Chicago allows pizza-maker Giordano's to continue to operate while it is in bankruptcy.

The court said the restaurant and delivery business known for its stuffed pizza, which it delivers frozen, could use part of a $36 million loan from its major creditor, Fifth Third Bank, to stay open, the Chicago Tribune reported Friday.
