WASHINGTON, April 22 (UPI) -- U.S. house prices dropped 0.2 percent in February from January, adding to a 12-month decline of 3.4 percent, the Federal Housing Finance Agency said Thursday.
Home prices are off 13.3 percent from their peak in April 2007, the agency said.

The monthly figures were uneven across the country.
Among the nine U.S. Census Divisions, prices fell furthest in the South Atlantic Division, where prices fell 1.7 percent.
Prices for the month rose farthest, up 1.9 percent in the Middle Atlantic Division, the agency said.
