WASHINGTON, Oct. 9 (UPI) -- The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a voluntary recall of White Tiger directors chairs due to a fall hazard.
About 84,000 directors chairs -- wood frames with canvas backs and seats -- were imported from Indonesia by L.G. Sourcing Inc., of North Wilkesboro, N.C., and sold nationwide at Lowe's stores from June 2009 through July 2009 for about $40.

The back supports on the chairs can break, creating a fall hazard, the commission said.
Consumers were advised to stop using the chairs and return them to a Lowe's store for a full refund.
