Kraft adds two new board members

CHICAGO, Dec. 8 (UPI) -- The board of Kraft Foods Inc. has added two directors with links to Harvard University and CBS Corp., the Chicago Tribune reported.

Fred Reynolds, 57, is executive vice president and chief financial officer at CBS Corp. and Myra M. Hart, 67, recently retired from teaching at Harvard's MBA program and previously served as an executive with Staples Inc., the Tribune said.

Louis Camilleri is leaving the Kraft board. Camilleri, chairman and chief executive officer of Altria Group Inc., served as chairman of Kraft until March when Altria spun off its 89-percent stake in Northfield-based Kraft to stockholders, the Tribune reported.
