REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Nov. 20 (UPI) -- Sterling Commerce, a subsidiary of AT&T Inc., is buying Comergent Technologies Inc., a software developer, for $155 million.
"Comergent's eBusiness solution for the extended enterprise complements the Sterling Commerce solution for order orchestration across the supply chain," Sterling said in a news release Monday.

Sterling plans to continue sales and support for Comergent products after the all-cash deal closes.
