ST. LOUIS, Oct. 4 (UPI) -- Gulfstream Aircraft Corp., which makes corporate jets, has hired LMI Aerospace Inc. of St. Louis for assorted components, kits and assemblies.
The $170 million contract is for wing and fuselage components and assemblies and provides kits of aircraft components with just-in-time distribution to Gulfstream's assembly floor for the G350, G450 and G550 business jets, LMI said Wednesday in a statement.

The new contract consolidates a number of existing deals between Gulfstream and LMI.
