COURBEVOIE, France, Sept. 5 (UPI) -- Saint-Gobain SA has acquired control of BO Glass Containers SA, which is building a wine bottling plant in Rosario, Chile.
The French company bought a 51-percent stake of the company, which will be known as Saint-Gobain Envases SA, officials said Tuesday. The value of the deal was not immediately disclosed.
