DAYTON, Ohio, May 24 (UPI) -- The Reynolds and Reynolds Co. is paying $41 million for Britain's DCS Group PLC, which sells software to European car dealers.
The all-cash transaction, which is being handled through Reynolds and Reynolds U.K. Holding Ltd., includes debt assumption of $20 million.

Following the acquisition, Reynolds said Wednesday, it will serve more than 15,000 dealers worldwide.
