NEW YORK, April 20 (UPI) -- New York's Federal Services Acquisition Corp. said Thursday it was paying $124 million to buy privately owned Advanced Technology Systems Inc.
The cash-and-stock deal for the McLean, Va., company, which is a big government contractor, is set to close around summer.

Federal Services Vice Chairman Edward H. Bersoff will become chief executive of Federal Services and ATS once the deal is completed.
