Google, U.S. set to clash over subpoena

SAN JOSE, Calif., March 14 (UPI) -- Lawyers for Google Inc. and the U.S. Justice Department are set for a courtroom clash over the government's demand for the search engine's records.

Justice lawyers Tuesday were expected to argue before U.S. District Judge James Ware that consumer privacy won't be violated by the release of millions of company search records, the Wall Street Journal said.
