RESTON, Va., Jan. 22 (UPI) -- U.S. fast-food restaurant patrons may stereotypically be younger and less affluent, but they favor healthier foods the most, a survey says.
The survey of some 1,000 U.S. households found 51 percent favored regulations that would require fast-food restaurants to serve healthier foods. Five percent somewhat favored regulations, while 3 percent somewhat opposed and 37 percent opposed regulations.
