CHICAGO, Dec. 15 (UPI) -- U.S. prosecutors leveled new charges Thursday against fallen media baron Conrad Black.
The former head of Chicago-based Hollinger International Inc. was charged with four new counts -- one each for racketeering, money laundering, wire fraud and obstruction of justice, the Wall Street Journal reported.

Last month, Black and three other former top executives of Hollinger, which owns the Chicago Sun-Times and various community newspapers, were indicted for allegedly cheating public shareholders in the United States and Canadian tax authorities.
The charges center on $84 million in non-compete payments to Black and former associates.
