MINNEAPOLIS, June 18 (UPI) -- C.H. Robinson of Minneapolis, Minn., said Friday it will open seven offices in China and has acquired China-based Dalian Decheng Shipping.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

C.H. Robinson Worldwide is a provider of multimodal transportation services and logistics solutions, serving a network of 167 offices in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
Dalian Decheng Shipping Agency is involved in ocean freight forwarding.
C.H. Robinson said the new offices will be located in Dalian, Tianjin, Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Xiamen and Shenzhen. The offices are expected to have approximately $12 million in gross revenues in the next twelve months.
