Report: Tough case against Ken Lay

HOUSTON, Aug. 26 (UPI) -- While federal prosecutors investigating the collapse of Enron Corp. are preparing a case against former Chief Financial Officer Andrew Fastow, they are having a tougher time finding evidence that former Chairman Kenneth lay intended to commit fraud, the Wall Street Journal reported Monday. Both Lay and Jeffrey Skilling, who left the company in August 2001, remain the focus of the Justice Department's investigation.
