Wayne Desmond Grady (born 26 July 1957) is an Australian professional golfer.

Grady was born in Brisbane. He turned professional in 1978. He is best known for winning the PGA Championship, one of golf's four majors, in 1990. He was also runner up at The Open Championship in 1989, losing in a playoff against Greg Norman and Mark Calcavecchia.

Grady first gained membership of U.S. based PGA Tour at the 1984 Qualifying School, and he spent most of his career playing predominantly in America. He also played intermittently on the European Tour, picking up one win, the 1984 German Open.
