Victor Li Tzar-kuoi (Chinese: 李澤鉅; pinyin: Lǐ Zéjù) (1964-), a Hong Kong-based businessman with Canadian citizenship, is the son of tycoon Li Ka-shing and the brother of Richard Li. Li had a net worth of $730 million CDN in 2006.
Born in Hong Kong, he attended the St. Paul's Co-educational College in Hong Kong, and holds a B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering and a M.Sc. degree in Structural Engineering from Stanford University.
Victor Li was kidnapped in 1996 by notorious gangster "Big Spender" Cheung Chi Keung, and released after a reported ransom of HK$1 billion was paid.
