Kenny Taylor is an American filmmaker. Taylor moved to San Francisco in 1998 and had local success in 2002 as the director, producer and co-star of The Ken and Andy Show, a comedic stage play. The Ken and Andy Show had several runs including a stint at New Conservatory Theatre Center and in the 2002 San Francisco Fringe Festival.

Taylor formed illBilly productions in 2003 with Andrew Bancroft. This San Francisco-based production company created many short films and several live shows. Their films include "Maximum Wage" which was shown as part of the San Francisco Underground Short Film Festival in 2004, and "Evolution: The Musical!", which premiered at the 2008 San Francisco International Film Festival.

Taylor and Bancroft were also responsible for "Late Night with God", "Lord of the Drinks" and "Popcorn Anti-Theater", all live shows that ran over the course of several years in the San Francisco Bay Area.
