Arthur Johnson (born 1879) was an English coach. He was the first coach of Real Madrid between 1910 until 1920.
He managed the first El Clásico on 13 May 1902, a 3–1 loss over Barcelona. Years later, he hung up his boots and changed from the turf to the benches, becoming the first coach of Real Madrid, a position that he occupied for ten seasons. Only Miguel Muñoz has been head coach for more games.
During these ten years, Johnson managed to conquer four regional championships and the first Copa del Rey before Athletic Bilbao.
