Aug. 6 (UPI) -- Police said another alligator has been located in Chicago -- this time inside a home with guns and narcotics.
The Chicago Police Department said officers executed a search warrant just before 10 p.m. Monday on a home in the Albany Park neighborhood on the Northwest Side.
Officers recovered multiple guns, narcotics and a live gator measuring about 3 feet long from the home.
The alligator was turned over to Chicago Animal Care and Control.
No arrests were made Monday night and the investigation is ongoing, police said.
