June 21 (UPI) -- A Texas man whose town experienced flash flooding captured video of a peculiar sight -- fish swimming through the shallow water on a flooded road.
David French shared video of the unusual pedestrians he saw swimming through the road Wednesday in Harlingen.
The video shows multiple fish swimming alongside the curb in a city street.
Harlingen was one of several Texas towns to experience flash flooding Wednesday amid several days of heavy rain.
