June 25 (UPI) -- Comedian Amy Schumer is to star in an eight-episode reality show called Amy Learns To... for HBO Max.
The half-hour unscripted series will show Schumer learning new skills, crafts and trades from local experts in her husband Chris Fischer's hometown on Martha's Vineyard.
Schumer previously starred in the streaming service's pregnancy docu-series, Expecting Amy, which aired in 2020.
"We are thrilled to be working with Amy again! She is sure to surprise and amaze us with her willingness to push boundaries and try something new, always with a hilarious spin," Jennifer O'Connell, executive vice president of non-fiction and live-action family for HBO Max, said in a statement Thursday.
No premiere date has been announced yet.
Schumer, 40, married chef and farmer Fischer in 2018. They are the parents of a 2-year-old son, Gene.
