Feb. 23 (UPI) -- 5 Seconds of Summer has returned with a new single titled "Want You Back" alongside the announcement of a new world tour.

"Wish I could say something / Something that doesn't sound insane / But lately I don't trust my brain / You tell me I won't ever change / So I just say nothing," member Luke Hemmings sings on the pop-rock track released Thursday, before launching into the chorus, "No matter where I go, I'm always gonna want you back / No matter how long you're gone, I'm always gonna want you back," the song continues.

"Want You Back" will be featured on the band's upcoming third studio album following the release of 2015's Sounds Good Feels Good.

5 Seconds of Summer will begin their worldwide tour in March starting with dates across Europe before arriving in North America and then wrapping things up in June with shows in Mexico City and Sao Paolo, Brazil.

Tickets go on sale starting on March 3. Other tour stops include performances in London, New York, Toronto, Chicago, Nashville, Dallas and Los Angeles among others.
