Nov. 30 (UPI) -- Actress and singer Jana Kramer gave birth to her second child, a boy she and her husband, former football player Michael Caussin, have named Jace Joseph Caussin.
"Our hearts are so full," Kramer captioned a hospital photo Thursday showing her snuggling her newborn and spouse. "Thank you to all of our friends and family...and all of you who have supported Mike and I, and our growing family. We are so blessed."
The One Tree Hill and Dancing with the Stars alum revealed in June that she was pregnant again after suffering several miscarriages.
Kramer married Caussin in May 2015. They also have a 2-year-old daughter named Jolie Rae.
