Nov. 7 (UPI) -- Food Network star Donatella Arpaia is a mom to twins.
The 47-year-old celebrity chef and television personality confirmed in a tweet Tuesday she welcomed a son and daughter with husband Allan Stewart in October.
"My husband and I welcomed our son Noah Christian, weighing 5 lb. 12 oz., and daughter Emma Mariella, weighing 5 lb. 8 oz., on October 20th in Miami," she wrote.
Arpaia is also parent to 7-year-old son Alessandro with Stewart, a cardiac surgeon. She announced the twins' birth in a statement Tuesday to People.
"God enriched our life with two little miracles! We are filled with gratitude and joy," the star said.

Arpaia announced her pregnancy in May after conceiving via in vitro fertilization. She said in an interview with Today Alessandro had a dream she would become pregnant with twins.
"I said, 'Alessandro, did you read a story at school? Where did this idea come from?' He said, 'God.' I said, 'Where are these babies coming from?' He said, 'From your belly, Mommy,'" the star recalled.
"I still can't believe it is possible," she gushed.
Arpaia is known for serving as a judge on Iron Chef America and The Next Iron Chef. She has also owned several restaurants during her career, including davidburke & donatella and Anthos.
