Anderson, in his 10th professional season, had a wire removed from his jaw Dec. 6 and was cleared to practice the following day. He missed 16 games because of the injury.

Anderson, who is averaging 10.0 points and 6.0 assists this season, and forward Antoine Walker were the only Celtics to play every game last season.

The 6-6 Carr, in his first season with Boston, is averaging 4.9 points in 13 games. He split the 1999-2000 campaign between Golden State and Chicago and also has played for Phoenix, Minnesota and New Jersey.
