NEW YORK, Dec. 6 -- Rap artist Notorious B.I.G. and R&B singer Mary J. Blige have won 1995 Billboard Music Awards for rap single and R& B album. B.I.G. says he named his upcoming album 'Life After Death' to signify how he has been reborn after spending the first half of his life 'robbing and hustling in the streets.'
